Depression and Type 1 diabetes

Study summary

People with type 1 diabetes sometimes become depressed. This frequently results in poor blood glucose control which can go on for many years. Complications can occur because of this.

Many people with depression and type 1 diabetes do not have access to talking (psychological) therapies. We want to find out how effective these therapies really are.
